Double Window Sight Glass
Double Window Sight Glasses are designed for direct visual observation of process flow in industrial pipelines.
- Double-window design for direct visual flow observation
- Suitable for liquid and gas service
Double-window sight glasses provide direct visual confirmation of process flow, colour and condition in compatible liquid or gas pipelines.

Double Window Sight Glasses are designed for direct visual observation of process flow in industrial pipelines.
The two opposed viewing windows allow operators to confirm the presence, condition and movement of the process medium without interrupting the line. The design is suitable for liquid and gas service across a wide range of industrial applications.
Available in sizes from 15 NB to 150 NB, with design pressure up to 15 barg and temperature up to 350°C, the unit can be supplied in carbon steel or stainless-steel body materials with toughened borosilicate glass for reliable viewing. It is suitable for process, utility, cooling-water, chemical and circulation-line monitoring where simple visual confirmation of flow is required.
The process medium flows through a chamber between two opposed transparent windows. Ambient or back lighting passes through the chamber so an operator can directly observe flow presence, colour, clarity and entrained material.
Liquid or gas continues through the inline sight-glass body without opening the pipeline.
Opposed toughened-glass windows allow the process to be viewed from either side and back-lit when required.
Flow presence and visible process condition are checked directly; the device provides observation rather than a calibrated flow-rate output.

The operator can inspect flow presence, colour and condition without interrupting the line.
Opposed windows provide clear direct visual observation of the process medium.
Carbon-steel and stainless-steel body grades can be selected for compatible process media.
The device provides immediate visual flow confirmation without requiring electrical power.
No. It provides direct visual indication of flow and process condition; it is not a calibrated quantitative flow meter.
The two opposed windows provide clear direct observation of the process medium from the viewing chamber.
It is intended for compatible liquids or gases where visual confirmation of flow, colour or condition is useful.
The standard line-size range is 15 NB to 150 NB.
